Account tiers set service standards by ARR and renewal proximity. Strategy looks different when 40 accounts carry 80% of revenue, and tiering is how the document says so out loud. Define two or three tiers, and attach service standards to each.

The second half of this section is context. The answer to most B2B tickets lives outside the ticket, in the CRM record, the billing history, and the usage data.
Name the systems that must be connected: Salesforce or HubSpot, Stripe, Gong, and product analytics. The strategy should require that ARR, renewal date, and usage appear at ticket-open, through a unified context layer rather than six open tabs.
That single requirement changes the daily service experience more than any script. Agents stop asking customers to repeat themselves, because the CRM history is already on screen.
An omnichannel customer service strategy means every channel feeds one queue and one context layer. It does not mean opening every channel. Pick each one on purpose and write down why.

Two rules make the map work. First, a channel you cannot staff is worse than a channel you do not offer. Open Slack Connect for Tier 1 before promising it to everyone.

Routing by confidence delivers both: AI finishes the proven work, and the exit stays open. It also answers the burnout worry. The policy exists to empower your customer service team, not to shrink it.

The named owner is the load-bearing part. "Escalate churn risk" fails. "Route it to the account's CSM the same day" works, because a person can miss a duty but not a delivery.
Churn detection reads risk language against renewal proximity automatically. Upsell opportunities get flagged the day a customer mentions hitting a plan limit.
This section is why the mission in Section 1 mattered. If support only resolves issues, delete this table. If support is a revenue engine, this table is the engine.
Measure in three layers, and name a number for each.

Close the loop on customer feedback the same way you route signals: a named owner acts on it. Survey scores that nobody reads are decoration. A monthly review that turns feedback themes into product tickets is a feedback loop.
Make the whole support history queryable in natural language. "Which Tier 1 accounts had a bad month" should be a question you can ask, not a spreadsheet project.
