    Connect your Zendesk account

    Authenticate with your Zendesk credentials. Helply reads your account structure and shows you a preview of what will be imported: tickets, macros, KB articles, agents.

    Review the import summary before anything moves. See ticket counts, article counts, agent list, and any items that need manual review. Nothing migrates until you confirm.

    Run the data migration

    Helply pulls your tickets, macros, KB articles, tags, and custom fields from Zendesk. Runs overnight for most accounts. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

    Map your team and set up integrations

    Invite your agents, assign roles, connect Gong, CRM, Stripe, and Slack. Configure AI rules: which ticket types resolve autonomously, which go to draft mode.

    Keep Zendesk on read-only

    We suggest keeping your Zendesk account active but paused for 30 days, just for reference. When you’re confident, cancel. Most customers cancel before day 30.
