Account Executive

You’ll own the full sales cycle from demo to close. Most of your pipeline comes from inbound demo requests and conference activity. You know how to run a tight discovery call, how to handle a skeptical founder who’s been burned by B2B demos before, and how to close deals without a 6-week procurement process.

  • You’ve sold B2B to founders or CS leaders before
  • You’re comfortable running a demo-led sales motion without a huge SDR team under you
  • You understand the helpdesk market or can get up to speed fast
  • You want to be part of building something early rather than a cushy seat at a big company

Sales Development Representative

You’ll own top-of-funnel: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and conference follow-up. Your job is to book qualified demo calls for the AE. The ICP is tight. We have Clay-based sequences and a scored prospect list ready to go. You’re not starting from scratch.

Customer Success Manager

You’ll own the relationship from signed to expanded. That means onboarding, getting AI outcome rates up, helping customers extract revenue intelligence from their ticket queue, and catching churn signals before they become churn. Our customers are B2B founders and CS leaders. They’re busy, smart, and have high expectations.

  • You’re comfortable talking to technical founders about technical products

Full Stack Engineer (AI focus)

You’ll work across the full Helply stack with a focus on the AI outcome engine and the revenue intelligence layer. That means building the systems that pull context from Stripe, Gong, Salesforce, and Slack, feed it to the AI, and route signals back to sales and CS teams. The codebase is new. You’ll have real influence over how it’s architected.

  • You’ve worked on AI-adjacent products and understand how to build reliable LLM pipelines
  • You’re comfortable owning features end-to-end without a lot of hand-holding
  • You have strong opinions about code quality but you ship fast
  • You want to work on a product where what you build directly affects revenue

Head of AI, Ops, Marketing & Growth

You’ll own how Helply uses AI internally across operations, marketing, and growth. That means building and running the systems that make a small team punch well above its weight: AI-powered outbound sequences, content workflows, lead scoring, campaign automation, and anything else that lets us move faster without adding headcount. You’re not here to evaluate AI tools. You’re here to deploy them.

You’re probably right for this if
  • You’ve built AI-powered workflows in a B2B environment and have real results to show for it
  • You know your way around Clay, Make, n8n, or similar tools and can connect them without an engineering ticket
  • You think in systems: you see a manual process and immediately want to automate it
  • You’re comfortable owning both the strategy and the execution. Nobody is going to hand you a brief.

Senior Product Designer

The product is new, the design system is being established, and the decisions you make will shape how thousands of B2B support teams experience Helply for years.

  • You’ve designed B2B products before and understand what functional and beautiful means in a support context
  • You can move from concept to high-fidelity fast without losing quality
  • You have a point of view on design. You don’t just execute briefs.
  • You want to own a design system from scratch rather than inherit someone else’s
